Direct Mail Folder

Case study

The client wanted a high impact mailer which would increase their brand in the marketplace. Producing it was a very intricate process with many moving parts, especially since it was a large run. The client wanted a spot high gloss finish so we ran this as a 4 color project with a spot dull varnish and a raised gloss UV finish all in line on 2 sides. Besides a glossy look it also had a bi-level feel. The project was then diecut, scored and die perforated to allow for the windows to be opened. Next was the laser personalization in 2 places (on an 18.375 x 9 flat sheet). We then glued the short flap to allow for the windows and final folded down to the mailing size of 6 x 9 and sealed while keeping the order the same for mailing purposes. The results gave the client a greater response then they could have expected.
